Leading in the Little Things

Sometimes the biggest impact we leave on those around us comes from the little things we do--or don't do. Everything rises and falls on leadership and I believe that leadership begins with who we are when we think no one is watching.

In this video, Tim Tebow was mic'd up for the Broncos game versus the Bears. It's incredible to see how he chooses to respond to the little things--and the big things--both on and off the field.

Respect and credibility as a leader begin in the moments that don't seem that important or extraordinary. Leading others onto the playing field is determined by how we lead on the sidelines, when we think no one is watching.
